My unusual method of temporary disappearance of symptoms and thus for restful sleep, which i have not mentioned in any published therapeutic approaches, is very effective and fast for me.
Since my early youth I have been suffering from restless leg syndrome again and again. I have often tried to find out in which circumstances it occurs, but it has never been linked. So I've been living with it for 40 years now and try to get more bad than real relief by stretching out the affected leg or shifting the upper body onto the arm (exerting pressure on the affected region). But now I have found out by a very simple method, rather by chance, but also scientifically explainable afterwards, how you can help yourself quickly and fall asleep without symptoms.
